Our pioneers saw the need to build a team before expanding our services internationally. Putting together a team of developers to be managing and updating the website, they shifted focus to sourcing for qualified and talented professionals to handle clients’ orders.
The need to ease communication and trustworthiness from our clients arose, we put together a customer support team and our team of developers helped create an online ordering system that allowed our clients to chat directly to our customer support. The system would later allow clients to chat directly to selected writers.
Exponential growth led to the need to add new services and experts. Our hiring process funnel became more thorough as applications hit the roof. Our new services included research paper writing, research proposal writing, thesis, and case studies.
This year we hit 50,000 orders. Having served over 3,000 clients from different parts of the globe. We decided to reduce our rates from as low as $12 a page to accommodate every student globally. This move was necessitated by our main objective, customer satisfaction.
Our team of developers worked solely on improving website security and clients’ privacy. Apart from our encrypted databases, we were able to create a system that only requires a client’s mail to log in. Also, our payment method does not reveal that you’re paying money to a writing service. This saw our clients increase by 77.9% within three months.
We partnered with Sitejabber and Trustpilot services to add on avenues our clients can use to rate our service. Even though most clients still prefer in-site ratings due to our guaranteed privacy, we encourage them to use the two sites too.
